In addition to preparing the masa (cornmeal), I will be preparing one the fillings for the pupusas, chicharron (pork). I have found these videos very helpful to guide me in the process.
There are two different ways to prepare the masa (cornmeal). One is by using the Maseca powder for pupusas. Another way is by purchasing the already made masa at the supermarket. I'll be trying both ways and see which method is better. Wish me luck!
